Surf & South – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Surf & South, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below for full details on returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling Regulations)
If you are a UK customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without needing to give a reason.
This 14-day cancellation period starts the day after you receive your order.
You must notify us in writing (by email) if you wish to cancel.
You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
2. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Include the original packaging and any tags still attached.
Be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)
Sale items marked as "final sale"
3. How to Return an Item
Please email us at support@surfandsouth.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with a return address and any instructions needed.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
We do not refund original delivery charges (unless the item was faulty).
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Just email us and we’ll let you know if an exchange is available.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receipt at support@surfandsouth.co.uk with a photo and description of the issue.
We will arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
7. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
If you need to cancel your order before it’s shipped, email us as soon as possible at support@surfandsouth.co.uk.
If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our standard returns process.
