Surf & South – Shipping Policy

At Surf & South, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

 

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

2. Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using standard delivery services.
Royal Mail is a trusted national courier, and tracking is provided where available.

 

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping is completely free on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
There are no hidden handling or packaging fees.

 

4. Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

Note: In rare circumstances, dispatch may take slightly longer — for example, if your order falls close to a weekend or during high order volume.
If we anticipate a delay beyond 3 working days, we will contact you to let you know. You’ll have the option to continue with the order or request a full refund.

 

5. Delivery Timeframes

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier backlogs, adverse weather, or during busy retail periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).

 

6. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, we will include a Royal Mail tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

 

7. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@surfandsouth.co.uk and we’ll be happy to investigate.

 

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt (or expected receipt) with your order number and details. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.
